HOW DO YOUR TRAYS AND BOXES STACK TOGETHER?

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
You should allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery of your product although we always aim to despatch orders the next working day on a 48 hour delivery. If you can't wait that long we do offer next day delivery (when ordered before 12:30pm) for £5.99.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Our standard delivery costs £3.99 or you can request Next day Delivery (when ordered before 12:30pm) for £5.99.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do deliver internationally to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. If you have requested delivery to one of thrse countries you should allow 8 - 10 working days for delivery. If you would like your order shipped internationally to any other country outside of the UK and those listed above please e-mail us so we can confirm the cost of delivery
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CHILD SAFE?
Our products are designed to be used by adults and designed for decorative purposes. They are not toys and should not be given to children.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Our website has up to date stock information and will let you know if your favourite product is in stock. On the rare occasion a product sells out before we have picked it for you, we will notify you within 1 working day.
I'M BUYING THIS PRODUCT AS A GIFT. WILL THE INVOICE / DELIVERY NOTE HAVE PRICES ON?
No, you'll receive an invoice by e-mail confirming your order but the delivery note inside the parcel won't have any prices on so it's perfect for sending as a gift
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, no problem. Just add a new shipping address in your account information and select the shipping address at checkout
CAN I SAVE MY CARD DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?
So long as you have set up an account on our website you can save the details for as many debit or credit cards as you like, making shopping and checking out even easier for future orders. Just click the SAVED CARDS link on the left side menu in your MY ACCOUNT page, enter the details and save.
HOW DO I USE THE TAGS OPTION ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Tags are a great way for grouping products on your account page. If for example you think the large Daisy Chain tray would look great in a bathroom you can click the TAGS tab under the product description, type BATHROOM then click ADD TAGS. You can add this same TAG to multiple products and can add multiple TAGs to each product. Once we have approved the Tag you will be able to use the TAG option on the left hand side menu on your Account Dashboard. Just click MY TAGS and select the TAG you want to search under and a list of all products you associate with that TAG will show up
HOW DO I USE THE WISHLIST ON YOUR WEBSITE
You can keep a list of all the products you might want to buy in the future by clicking ADD TO WISHLIST' on the product page. You can then access your wishlist on the left side menu on your Account Dashboard where you can edit your wishlist, add products to your shopping cart or e-mail it to your friends and family with a personal message.
